Pork: Rubbed with our award winning "go to" seasoning and smoked for 8 hours. Served sliced or pulled.

*Chicken: Your choice of fried or our specialty, smoked. Wings are also available upon request.

*Beef: Smoked for 10 hours after rubbed with Uncle Earnie's Brisket seasoning. Served sliced.

Brisket: $20 per pound
Pork: $14 per pound

*Ham: Rubbed with Uncle Earnie's Pork seasoning. Smoked for 6 hours. Served sliced.

*Turkey: Rubbed with our "go to" seasoning and smoked for 10-12 hours. Service sliced.

*Brisket: Smoked for 12 hours. Rubbed with Uncle Earnie's Brisket & Beef seasoning. Served sliced.

*Ribs: Choice of baby back or spare ribs.Smoked for 5 hours. Includes 4 bones per person. 

*Riblets: Rubbed with Uncle Earnie's "go to" seasoning. Smoked for 5 hours. Includes 4 per person.

Smoked whole hog

*Prime Rib: Cooked until temperature reaches 120°.  Served with au jus.

*Whole Hog: Smoked low and slow for 14 hours after rubbed with Uncle Earnie's "Go-To" seasoning.
