Ribs*: Choice of baby back or spare ribs.Smoked for 5 hours. Includes 4 bones per person.
Riblets*: Rubbed with Uncle Earnie's "go to" seasoning. Smoked for 5 hours. Includes 4 per person.
Prime Rib*: Cooked until temperature reaches 120°. Served with au jus.
Whole Hog*: Smoked low and slow for 14 hours after rubbed with Uncle Earnie's "Go-To" seasoning.
